- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set at $30/hr for all design/coding projects. I use a time tacker through my invoicing software to track every minute spent on each part of the project, which keeps things fair and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send the introduction email with a link to my branding questionnaire. 2. Clients fill out a quick and easy online form telling me all about who they are, and what they need from Intuitiv. 3. If the info provided is sufficient, I will create a work proposal and send to the client for approval. 4. An estimate/quote is then created and sent back, along with a project contract that needs to be electronically signed by me and the client. 5. 50% startup fee is processed. 6. I will get started on the design, following the approved timeline. 7.1 free proof is sent out for each step of the project, until all aspects of the project are completed. 8. A final invoice will be sent to the client requesting the remaining 50% payment. 9. Once payment is received, all previously discussed files will be sent to the client. Also, a thank you email with an option to write a review for Intuitiv. 10. And that's it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Bachelors of Fine Arts was focused on graphic design, which also included website design/coding. Our classes covered graphic design origins, print design and production, environmental design, designing for events, digital photography, branding, presentations, etc. A great majority of those skills have assisted me in many of my projects during college, and after, in my professional career.
