- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a Free consultation, if we click I will take a deposit and schedule a trial. If I am hired I apply the deposit towards the work done the day of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my brides a head of time for a free consultation to get an idea of their hair type and discuss ideas. I then recommend scheduling a trial so we can work out what looks best but a trial is not required I am very good at what I do.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was by chance 21 years ago but once I started training to be a cosmetologist I just new this was I was suppose to do. It is so rewarding making woman look and feel beautiful.
