Fantastic! Beth responded promptly to all of my messages after I contacted her for help in cleaning on the same morning my parents were doing a "walk-through" of their apartment w/ the landlord!
It was a last minute request/emergency submitted via Thumbtack (I live in NY) and she was incredibly pleasant and got the job done perfectly (even though the electricity was turned off on that same morning!).
I didn't realize that the job required a cash payment for services (unlike a Thumbtack competitor in NY), and she was very understanding when my Dad had to make plans to get her small portion of the balance of the payment.
I'd be happy to recommend Beth's services to anyone in the future - she was a life saver!
