We offer staging to prepare your home for sale, which may include de-cluttering, cleaning, minor repairs, and occasionally repainting with relevant colors. Staged homes sell faster and for higher prices.
We also offer organization of closets and cabinets, consultation for paint colors, fabrics, murals, art and curb appeal.

I owned a 6,500 sq. ft. residence with 6-bedrooms which was on the market for sale because of my intention to downsize my residence and to relocate to a different area.
I was reluctant to contact a professional âStagingâ expert because of my concern that the expertâs recommendations would require me to invest significant additional monies in my property either in improvements or furnishings to properly present the residence to prospective buyers.
However, I was pleasantly surprised that âUnique Interior Designs 4Uâ was able to stage my property with minimal out-of-pocket costs consisting of minor refreshment painting of walls in limited areas and reorganization of my existing furniture and furnishings in the residence.
Ms. Davidson was extremely helpful and effective in achieving the desirable end product in a timely manner, which I believe resulted in a higher purchase price in a shorter time.

Staging your home was time consuming due to the size of it, however, it was really a labor of love for my team and me.....we took furniture from other rooms to stage the house and assisted you in locating the best storage for your furniture until you take possession of your new home. My husband and I moved into a medium sized apartment which required interior design expertise to make our apartment fell and look like a well-designed and comfortable living space.
Since we were working on a limited budget, it was important that we achieved some expert advice which would minimize our costs for furnishing the apartment.
Danielle Davidson of Unique Interior Designs 4U was recommended to us by a friend to accomplish our objectives.
The final interior design of our apartment was truly amazing. The layout of the furniture and furnishings was very well designed and the cost for doing this great job was well within our limited budget.
We were very impressed with Ms. Davidson's patience and expertise in putting together several alternative plans that were responsive to desires.

It has been a unique pleasure to work with Danielle Davidson and her staff at Unique Interior Designs 4U.
They were extremely professional in their dealings with my wife and me in accomplishing the interior redesign of our large residence.
Having resided in our home for a number of years we were ready for a refreshing new look. As you may appreciate, one accumulates a lot of stuff over the years which is hard to part with because of the thought that âwe may sometimes in the future want to use the stuffâ, such as excess furniture, furnishings, equipment, files or numerous other things now stored in the closets and garage.
We really needed someone to be objective in asking us the âright questionsâ and offer creative solutions, before we made the decision to either sell, donate to charity, or throw into the dumpster.
Their team designed and redesigned almost every nook and cranny in our home from reorganizing the master bedroom, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, numerous closets and storage areas to the many other rooms and spaces in our home and garage. Particularly interesting and charming was the âKids Fantasy Bedroomâ created by Ms. Davidson.
The end result was a refreshing and organized new look. Thank you, Danielle.

You and your wife were most gracious to us and helped in preparing many bags and boxes of clothing and knick knacks to donate to charities.
Your home now has a new look which is so refreshing and charming. To create the new look we used much of your existing furniture from different rooms. We had our painters paint a few rooms for more relevant colors. The furniture you no longer wanted was most appreciated by a charity.
