- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do a lot of continuing education yearly to stay up to the latest developments my mental health counseling. It is also required to keep my Florida License.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Listen, Encourage, Support, Understand what the client is saying. Then you help them to understand what their options are for dealing with the issue and the consequences of those options. Support in taking action is the crucial part of success in therapy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check their credentials and see if they have ever had any therapy themselves.
