Because we work diligently to build good and open communication with all field and desk adjusters we were recommended by an insurance company to be prequalified and on the preferred vendor list of UPC Insurance, Divosta/Pulte Homes Builder, and other Insurance Agencies.
Our administration and field representatives are thorough with proper and detailed documentation from the onset of the loss minimizing back and forth communication.
Furthermore, we submit a detailed sketch, photos of before, during, and after remediation by utilizing the industry standard preferred software (Xactimate). An accurate and detailed invoice will be submitted for review and payment.
Our common goal is to properly assist insurers during this difficult time of loss, expedite the claims process and to minimize loss to the Homeowner. We maintain open communications between all parties concerned.
