- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was studying hotel management in Switzerland and the first semester was all food and beverage, and I LOVED it! then second semester rolled around and was all hotel management and I knew instantaneously that the first semester hands on with food was my passion. so after receiving my associates in hotel management, I enrolled in at Johnson and Wales in their Culinary program and have loved every moment since! :)
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Taste in food is a definite relationship binder, but personality as well. Be honest We have to be able to be ourselves with one another. It makes it that much more enjoyable!
