Introduction: My passions in life have guided my career. As a former competitive athlete of 11 years I’m passionate about helping others to stay active. I have over 9 years of experience as a physical therapist and am a board certified orthopedic specialist. I am also certified in dry needling.
In addition to this I am a 200h certified yoga instructor and a personal trainer.

I have been training with Sierra for over a year, and I am the strongest Ive ever been. She really knows her stuff and knows how to get the most out of me. Im 57 years old and can do things that wouldnt have been possible just a couple years ago. Ive had knee, ankle and back surgeries. I thought I was headed towards double knee replacement surgery, but now my knees feel better than they have in years.If you are considering SG for physical therapy or personal training, I couldnt recommend it any more enthusiastically!

As an athlete, I tend to tweak things a lot while not taking care of my body nearly enough as I should. With that being said, Ive needed some help with alleviating pain in a couple areas and Sierra has done an excellent job in helping me do that! As a Coach, I greatly notice and appreciate her professionalism and knowledge while also being an overall great person that I can connect and feel comfortable with inside and outside of training!

I have been seeing Sierra for over a year for regular maintenance and any flare ups that may I occur. I am a competitive athlete so things happen all the time. She is exceptional at providing exactly what I did during session, while also giving homework to combat and alleviate the current ailment. From muscle tension to nerve pain, Sierra has been able to correct any random circumstance I bring to her. Highly recommend.
