Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Ohh yes. The famous denture story, one of our customers called to our office, barely able to speak. Our dispatchers couldn't understand his needs, so we asked them to email us the request. He stated the following: " my teeth just fell down the toilet & I can't talk, how soon can you get a plumber". We immediately dispatched our technician & they were able to carefully remove the clients dentures out of the toilet trap & hand it to him all in one piece. What he did after that we don't know? But we did advise him to sterilize them very well. He was extremely grateful & now we can understand him when he calls in to our office.
