Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I enjoy working with clients to help them meet or exceed their health and wellness goals. I primary use CranioSacral Therapy (CST) to help them achieve these goals, but may also incorporate Swedish massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic work, Aromatherapy and music. I primary use CST because it's an excellent option for many conditions including, but not limited to: Low back pain Fibromyalgia MS TMJ Migraines/headaches and Depression, to name a few. I'm consistently working to improve my skills by taking classes at the Upledger Institute, participating in Intensive Therapy Programs as a support therapist and learning other massage modalities.

Amy introduced me to cranio-sacral massage - a light touch therapy that aids in eliminating restrictions in order to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. Initially I was a bit skeptical as I was used to instant gratification achieved by the pressure applied in manipulating the release of knots and tightness in the muscles. However I now am a true believer in this type of massage and prefer it over all other types of massage as the overall physical sense of well being continue well after the massage has ended. There is a sense of calmness - lightness - relaxation & less stress in the mind and body that perpetuates for many days following the massage and with each passing day you feel better and stronger - it's truly a domino effect!! Amy has an uncanny way of listening to what your body needs and focuses on the healing process in which will assist you to feel the best you can be!! I highly recommend Amy and her cranio-sacral therapy - give yourself a gift to be the recipient of this gifted and talented therapist!! Enjoy!!! Laura G.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask the therapist, from where they've received their CranioSacral Therapy (CST) education. Dr. John Upledger/Upledger Institute was the "founding father" of CST and you want to make sure you're working with a therapist that's received the best education possible.
