When dealing with a web development company, always do your due diligence and ask for references. Granted, the company can send you to their friends to brag about how good they are. Therefore it is critical to call references that the company has recently developed and you can see (ie. websites) without having to jump through hoops. If there is any hesitation in the voice of the developer, then run the other way!
