Jeff has earned my respect with his get it done right at all cost attitude. This man had driven to our location in Texas, we are the leading independent Industrial coatings and equipment center, with clients like, home depot, Lowes, Toyota, Sea world, Splash town, and thousands of factories whom require porcelain like coating applied. Its my job to ensure our firms branded specialty coatings only be applied by the best. We trust a multi million dollar reputation to only the best applicators. Great products help but Ste useless I'm untrained hands. I trust Jeff to apply our coating. He protects our brand and reputation only by doing what he does best. He's dependable and reputable and we are fortunate to have him add as our west palm beach applicator of our Sharks.Grip system.

I Just had my bathtub refinished and I am stunned at the remarkable job that JCI Resurfacing has done. My bathtub was peeling, yellowing and rusting around the drain. When I called, the owner took about 30 minutes out of his day to explain to me the step by step process that was involved with resurfacing my bathtub.I have never felt so comfortable with someone coming to my house to work. They carried themselves in such a professional manner. They were very organized and very clean. Not to mention the amount of money they saved me from not having to replace my bathtub.I couldn't even tell they were at my house until you see my "brand new bathtub" its so shiny! I never even wanted to shower in it now I can't wait to use my bathtub for its intended purpose. I had my tub refinished about a year ago. The tech refinished a bone tub in white and had to redo it a few days later. The main reason I had this done was a rust spot on the bottom of the tub. ABout a month later the spot came through again, tub refinished again. A few months later it happened again, several calls to Jeff and we were unable to get the tub fixed again. Now I have several spots peeling and the rust spot is bigger. Again, several calls, and I keep getting put off, he's too busy. The last few phone calls have gone unanswered.
