For AMAZING BBQ call the guys at PJ's BBQ. We had them cater our son's High School graduation party, and it was a smashing success. The food was excellent, everything was as promised. We'll definitely call PJ's when we have another event!

Paul of PJ's BBQ makes some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. When combined with his home made sauce it's a meal that cannot be beaten by any other bbq group in town!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our common jobs range in a wide spectrum. We provide BBQ and sides for small groups and get togethers of 10-20 people, as well as providing larger quantities for groups up to 250-300. We've recently expanded our cooking capability and look forward to serving you and yours no matter what the size or need.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Hire us to provide excellent BBQ, sauces and our signature side dishes and decadent desserts for your next get together, party, wedding, bar mitzvah or when you have the urge to just throw a good party. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Best part of my job is tasting the hours of work and preparation that goes into every meat and side that we provide.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. After being disappointed with restaurant's versions of BBQ, we found a niche in the competition arena and thought we'd bring our wares to the public. While we still have hopes and dreams of owning a restaurant someday, we still have day jobs and are glad to be able to work on our techniques and wares, and provide an excellent product for our clients anytime they wish.
