- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After being disappointed with restaurant's versions of BBQ, we found a niche in the competition arena and thought we'd bring our wares to the public. While we still have hopes and dreams of owning a restaurant someday, we are glad to be able to work on our techniques and wares, and provide an excellent product for our clients anytime they wish.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We're able to accomodate almost every need for our customers. We provide service for small groups up to 25 as well as providing larger service for groups up to 500. With our in-house resources, we're able to plan and organize to fit almost every occasion and event. We're also able to fill-in-the-gaps with service needs, equipment and venues. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire us to provide excellent BBQ, sauces and our signature side dishes and decadent desserts for your next get together, party, wedding, bar mitzvah or when you have the urge to just throw a good party.
