FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As every project is different, we would be irresponsible to provide estimates before we meet our client and understand their vision, needs, and desires. Then, we can discuss the details of the project design, materials, timing, and costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to get to know our client. We must understand the experience in the new environment (bathroom, kitchen, home remodel, outdoor space, etc) that they want to have when the project is complete. The second step is to define the draft design details, budget and timeline. Once we understand the experience that the customer desires, we can then provide suggestions regarding design, materials, etc. With a clear understanding of the experience that our client desires, we can then create a draft budget for the project. The third step is to discuss the details of the draft design, budget, and timeline. We collaborate with our client to adjust as our client desires, and reach a clear and easy to understand design, budget and timeline for the project. After we plan our work, the fourth step is to work the plan. We apply our experience and skills to execute the plan. The fifth step occurs continuously throughout all steps, which is clear and frequent communication. Life is not perfect and neither are projects. Clear and frequent communication prevents stress. The sixth step is to deliver the project within specification. Finally, we have become friends with many of our clients. We are looking forward to making you smile!
