- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at iceberg, we strive for 100% transparency so therefore we do not provide pricing over the phone. We offer free estimates on site because there are a lot of factors that go into play when quoting a job. We will strive to provide the best price based off the value that we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a free estimate or do service call fee depending on type of job need, then we will go out to customers residence and then provide accurate job and pricing info based of discovery inspection on said issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs and are EPA certified and very knowledgeable in HVAC and Plumbing. Rest assured that when we send a tech to your home that you are getting a highly trained professional.
