Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I'd like to know about whether a company had any complaints registered with the BBB ?(We don't.) I'd like to know how to complain about a facility/doctor/agency. (We can help with that.) I'd like to know who to talk to if I needed other services or how to get an honest evaluation to determine what kind of services or goods were needed. (We can show you all of these things.)

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We're a small company that caters to the individual- because that's what we like! The owner of the company is also a service provider; I also know all the companions and clients. Our job is to make you happy!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. My favorite thing about this kind of work is the reason I started doing this over 12 years ago- I like the feeling that I'm appreciated for helping someone improve their quality of life. A simple "Thank you!" is my reason for existence.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How long do we HAVE to use you? What are the minimums?
We don't require anyone to use our service for any more days than they need it. I ask that you give us as much notice as possible, but no less than 24 hours. The only minimum we have is that services are only available at our normal rate for FOUR hours or more. You can use services anywhere from one to seven days per week.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have a number of stories that I like to tell about various situations. The best ones are appropriate to the individual, and there aren't many situations I haven't seen at one time or another. I'd love the opportunity to talk to someone who needs to feel more comfortable about the difficult situation that they have- knowing that they aren't alone is a great step towards helping them.
