A. Providing our flooring services on residential and commercial properties providing quality sales and installations leaving behind a trail of happy customers.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I would advise that they take as much time needed to get comfortable with their selection of floors and provider. New flooring can be a much more permanent purchase than most and requires the complete understanding of what you are actually receiving for your money.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Understanding the differences in quality among the different types of flooring. My advise is to always ask for the product specifications, and do comparisons to assure that you are getting the most for your investment.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Customer satisfaction. Providing all of our customers with the lowest pricing, and best service on their choice of product that they would not find anywhere else.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Are you able to get a certain product they had seen? and How soon can we have that installed for them? Our answer is always the same "Yes". We provide any and all flooring products from all the leading manufacturers and can have it installed for them anywhere from 3 to 5 business days.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I have many great stories. But the ones I'm most proud of involve being able to provide less fortunate customers the opportunity to purchase and enjoy new flooring at prices they were not able to get anywhere else.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That I started in this industry as an installer and learned the business from the ground up, and based on the experience I am able to give important insight on any situation or concerns our customers may have leading up to the purchase and installation of their new floors.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was influenced from an Uncle I had in the flooring business.
