We also offer post tenant cleanup such as pressure washing, professional lawn service (cut grass, weed eat, edge, trim plants/trees, mulch, fertilize, and weed abatement), coordination of utility services, report code violations, lawn painting (as per code enforcement), and home staging with model furnishings. A. Gator Maid Has 20 years experience in the cleaning construction industry, we are a 1 stop solution for your property preservation needs. We secure and adequately protect vacant and abandoned properties throughout default, foreclosure, and conveyance by offering a multitude of services and abiding by FHA preservation guidelines. We monitor property condition utilizing inspection results and information from our contractors we are relatively small, but have a good understanding of the market, a background in this industry, and a great passion for our work.
