I am Willie Vega Jr. of Fitness 4 Life Personal Training. I am a certified personal fitness trainer, AdvoCare nutrition advisor and Natural Fitness Concepts certified edge supplements coach. I have been involved in the fitness industry since 1999. I'm a former semi-pro football and baseball player, a 5-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a 9-1/2-year veteran of law enforcement.

Some of the services that I provide are resistance training, weight loss and management, sports performance, wellness and energy, proper nutrition for the entire family, and rehabilitation. I work out of a private gym in the Winter Park area, but I'm more than willing to take the action to you based on your goals, your needs, the equipment we have at our disposal, and your location. I also train clients at local playgrounds in Deltona and surrounding areas.

I have experience in training individuals from young teens, to senior citizens. I've trained people in the military, law enforcement, high school/collegiate athletes, fitness personnel, bodybuilders and people with absolutely no experience at all.

My fees are very reasonable, and I offer specials from time to time. I also have a referral incentive program.

Aside from all the experience and training that I have, the most important thing I can offer is that I truly care about your needs and goals, and I obviously know and understand the dedication and commitment it will take to achieve them.

Thank you for your time and your support. Have a wonderful, healthy and fit day!

Willie was a phenomenal trainer. He helped me with techniques, and proper form while working out. He taught me a way of life, with exercise and nutrition, that will be carried out throughout the rest of my life. I am forever grateful for what he taught me. I highly recommend him! Quit thinking about it, sign up for training with Willie, and watch how your life will change! :)

Willie has been the best trainer i have had. I used to see him train people at my gym and i always loved how disciplined he was with his charts and watch and everything. He was always on point with making sure he pushed his clients enough and wasn't pushy nor was he ever on his "cell phone" while they worked out. I took that into consideration and spoke to him about training. I signed up and trained with him for about 6 months! I swear those 6 months taught me SO much. I learned so much about my diet, about my lifestyle choices, so much about supplements ..just so so much. Til this day i used the things he taught me. The only reason i stopped training with him was because i had to relocate to a different state..I am currently training with some one else and i always catch myself comparing the two. WIllie YOU ARE MISSED!! Thank you so much for teaching me all you taught me about diet and excercise, for taking time out to create a work out thaat was perfect for ME and for being so kind and professional at all times. You are awsome! Know that :)

I have known Willie a few years and as the saying goes; he truly "practices what he preaches". I told him along time ago that the reason why he is so good at what he does is because it is not just a job for him but a passion. He is extremely motivated and it's that motivation that drives his clients to acheive their goals and then some. I not only respect him as a trainer but admire him as a friend. I would without a doubt recommend him to anyone struggling to keep in shape. I believe in his ability and have referred him to several of my colleagues because I believe in his work and his knowledge in the importance of eating healthy, supplements and regular exercise because all three have an equal role in you acheiving your goal. For me it was understanding "why" that made the difference in my eating and excercise habits. Thank You Willie. You taught me more than you know.

When I began working out with Willie 7 months ago, he asked me on a scale of 1-10 (10 being most motivated), where I was. I told him a 4. Willie was not only patient with me, but encouraged me and believed in me. Now, my motivation level is at a 10. Willie cares about the people he trains, not because it's his job but because he's passionate about what he does. Willie changed the way I look at health and fitness. I am truly grateful.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Well first of all, you want someone with a wide range of experience. What I mean by that, is you want someone that has been doing this for a length of time. Of course, you will decide how long is long enough. You also want someone who is versatile enough, like training both genders, wide range of age groups and people with different backgrounds and needs. Not everyone is the same, so the trainer needs to be able to improvise and adapt to the client.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most people focus on the physical aspect, when it comes to training someone to help them reach their goals. I believe that the most important aspect in being successful for reaching both health and physical goals, is being knowledgeable about NUTRITION! Many trainers are not so knowledgeable in this area. To better help your client, you should be able to empower them with the knowledge of how to eat properly. This alone can make a huge impact in their lives.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I don't look at what I do as just a job. I LOVE what I do and know what I am doing. It's my life and I care about making a difference in other people's lives!!!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy interacting with others and having an opportunity to educate them about health and fitness.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question I get is "is it possible to reach my goal/s?". I tell everyone that anything is possible. No matter what age, gender, limitations or background you have, as long as you make an honest effort and allow yourself to be trainable, you can achieve ANYTHING!

Q. Write your own question and answer it.

A. When it comes to providing any type of customer service, ESPECIALLY in the category of health and fitness, What is the most important thing? I've learned through out the years, more so from the older clients, that your knowledge about your profession doesn't seem to be as important as how much you care about your clients!
