- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, besides having a collection and library of over 150 cook books. I spend a minimum of 20 hours weekly on developing and honing my skills.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Destiny! I have been cooking since I could walk, my grandfather was a gourmet chef and both my parents cooked at home.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Teaching, catering, dinner parties, consulting. Anything and everything to do with food, that is my passion
