A. Clear Water PSI provides services to residential, commercial and multi-family properties. We offer services that include sprinklers/irrigation, water well and water treatment systems. Proper licensing is held for these services.

Sprinklers/irrigation systems are designed and renovated, with general repairs and maintenance contracts provided.

Water treatment & conditioning -- we customize systems to meet your personal taste and individual needs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do you need a sprinkler head or other part replaced? Yeah, we do that - no job is too small (or too big!).

Do you want to replace your sod for the LAST time? This is our specialty - sprinkler renovations that sustain turf and landscape.

Paying too much on your water bill? We've got equitable solutions for you. Water management schedules and economical controls that give you a return on your investment, save money & water and gives you the best looking property on the block.

Need a sprinkler system for a new or mature property? We're the leader in design and installation of efficient irrigation/sprinklers that will sustain your landscape while using water wisely, designs are created to your landscape - existing or proposed. We specialize in mature properties and our installations create minimal disturbance to the lawn and landscape.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Sprinkler and irrigation contractors in Central Florida are required to be licensed. Hiring a licensed contractor helps to insure that the work is completed by a competent individual that has the client's best interest in mind. Ask a prospective contractor a few questions -

1) Are you licensed and properly insured? (licenses can be verified on-line by most licensing agencies)

2) Will you provide me with a sprinkler design (new systems) or an as-built drawing (new systems, renovations, upgrades) for my files?

3) Do you have a current list of references for completed projects?

4) What is your warranty?

5) Can you provide me with a water schedule and anticipated amount of water consumed monthly and annually so I can estimate my water bill costs?

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have been in the water industry for over 30 years. After relocating to Florida, in 1997 I decided to create Clear Water PSI and focus on irrigation and landscape creations. My passion for the local environment directed me to assisting consumers, commercial properties and local governments with adequate water management practices combined with engineered systems designs to effectively sustain landscapes while protecting our water resources.

I learned early on that many systems just throw water everywhere instead of directing it to the landscape in a controlled manner. Inefficient systems have excess run off that enters into the environment through the storm water system, causing damages that go unnoticed by most.

As water rates continue to rise we have a few choices to sustain our landscapes. Change our water systems to prevent over watering (which may not include repairs!), upgrade or renovate to more water saving equipment, or turn off the sprinklers and watch the landscapes fade.

Clear Water PSI brings equitable solutions and answers to outdoor watering needs. Schedule a personal evaluation of your landscape and irrigation to start the process of creating your solution.
