I appreciated the phone call right after I submitted the work order, just to talk through the garbage disposal install. Hughes also price matched another bid. The service was top notch. Service tech showed up on time, was kind and informative, knocked the work out in a fraction of the time it would've taken me. My garbage disposal is humming now. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hughes again.

They installed a tankless water heater and went above and beyond letting us know about the system and how it worked. They were very professional and kind. The technicians even chatted and stayed to listen to my elderly mothers stories. So sweet! I highly recommend this company!

Hughes came out and capped off one of our gas lines underneath our house. They were thoughtful and wore booties when entering the house & did a great job. They even wrote a written thank you card which is unheard of now a days.

We started looking for plumbers near us and we’re thrilled to find that they were so close by and could come out very soon. They were able to see the problem almost immediately and walked us through everything involved in the ejection pump replacement process and all pricing and options. They also answered additional questions we had about future projects and were so helpful. They were able to come back out to do the work the next day and it’s been working great since!
