- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some companies charge a flat fee while others entice you with a low commission rate. With our company, we offer three tiers of services so you can choose the plan that fits your needs and budget. We also charge a low per-booking fee meaning we only get paid if your property gets booked. That keeps our team motivated to ensure your property stays booked and for the highest rates possible. Our low rate also covers a lot of things other companies may nickel and dime you for like the cost of property inspection after each turn or the replacement of toiletries and essentials. Not with us. These are part of our services in our management fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can get your property listed within a couple of days as long as we have everything we need from you. You will fill out a questionnaire, provide us with a few photos of your property, and if it meets our criteria we will schedule a property visit to make sure your property is ready to be listed, get your contract signed, assist with staging if needed and take professional photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our CEO, Kristell, obtained a Bachelor's in Real Estate from Georgia State University and holds her GA Broker's License.
