A. How much does good design cost? We can provide everything from a simple sketch to improve the results of a renovation project, to full architectural and engineering documents that will generally cost between 6% and 10% of the construction cost of the project. Either way, good design adds significantly more to the value of the finished proejct than the cost paid for the services.
