- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is different for every event. The pricing is based by industry standards. It's primarily based on the guest count, hours needed, and any additional services needed or requested. However, we try to work with every budget if possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a productive phone conversation with a customer about their event is very important. Knowing the basics such as the expectations of the event, the day, date and time of the event, the expected attendance, and hours needed is very helpful in moving forward with a client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended Atlanta Bartending School, also with having over 20 years experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, it has made me a very skilled and trained bartender.
