FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very difficult to price a job without seeing it. There are always different steps of work that are involved with every different job. My past experience dictates that I can price a job very closely, but I can't honor the quote until I see what is actually involved. For drywall repairs, it always involves at least 3 trips to do it right. For Faux finishes, we have to put eyes on the existing wall conditions. For basements, bathroom or kitchen renovations, they are all very different and I like to spend time value engineering the job to save you money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always doing research and I get constant news letters along with attending seminars and conventions.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do drywall repairs, finish basements, acoustical ceilings and painting along with faux finishes. I don't do exterior painting. I also remodel bathrooms and kitchens. I also do smaller sized bathroom tile repairs. I cut out the damaged area, repair and retile the area. I also do mold and mildew remediation.
