Total Boxing

Introduction: We are a Muay Thai Kickboxing School. Our focus is to teach great fundamentals that will enable the student to advance and build on the basics with correct technique. We work with all skill levels and many students that are looking for an alternative to the regular workout and gym. Our students experience weight loss, strength and endurance improvements and a lot of fun. The classes and private instruction are designed to provide our students with a great workout and learn great Muay Thai Kickboxing skills at the same time.
