Hi, I'm Betty with HappyKids-HappyPets. I hired Jason, not knowing anything about him or what I would be doing in a studio. Jason did more then I could have ever imagined.There are not enough words to express what an expert he is in his field. He took my product to a level I don't believe anyone else could have. His wife Barbie was a tremendous help too. They made a theme song for my product, did sound effects galore, and recorded and edited 275 one minute stories, dealing with a lot of kids. What an amazing team. I'm not even getting paid for this review! I highly recommend Spotlight Studio, although I want to save them for the next time I need them. Thanks

Jason and Barbie made me feel at home for the entirety of my time working at spotlight sound studio. Being an independent artist from out of state, they took me in like one of their own and made sure I was comfortable, satisfied, and focused with and on the recording process. They're ultimately just extremely kind people equipped with an excess of talent, knowledge, understanding, and overall professionalism. Jason will help you be objective with your songs as a songwriter, and work with you to find the right sounds to fit your vibe. Barbie will help put you together as an individual, helping find your look and capturing it as an artist. Fantastically well-rounded studio experience overall.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge hourly for the recording, editing, mixing and mastering work that I do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer should reach out me to tell me about their project so that I can give them a quote. Once they pay the deposit for studio time, we can book a recording session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University. I graduated in 2005, but I feel like I never stop learning. I read constantly and learn something new every day. I am also certified as a Protools operator.
