Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Working on rental units, apartments and duplexes. We do mostly interior work but also some exterior as well involving painting and carpentry. Otherwise we get a lot of small plumbing jobs involving the repair of water and drain lines as well as toilets and sinks.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice is to approach the repairs with the idea that when they are completed the issue(s) should be resolved. There should be no need to revisit a water leak or other issue once the job is done.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Professional results. We pride ourselves on the improvements we make on the properties we work on. You will search in vain for spilled paint or spots on the floor. We are also equipped to do most repairs including light fixtures, switches and outlets, water and drain lines. We offer a complete service, including cleaning, so that when we are finished the property is ready for occupancy.

A. Seeing the results which we know will make the property owners and managers happy.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most commonly there are questions concerning the nature and cost of repair. My answers are based on my best estimate of the cost of materials and labor to do the repairs and to get the property ready using quality materials and doing a good professional workmanlike job in getting it done.
