Juan came the same day I inquired about an estimate. Once the order was delivered, he was already on his way to start the job before I contacted him. Very pricey for 35 minutes work $300. Must have been a misunderstanding I expected the area to be totally raked and clean and ready for future plantings which it was not. Did respond in a timely manor.

He and his team showed up the following morning with all supplies needed. They completed the job of my front and back yard in one day and I was extremely pleased.
