I brought my Toshiba laptop to Stacy after bringing it to the Geek squad at Best Buy. The geeks told me that my motherboard crashed and that I should just buy a new laptop. I wanted a second opinion and brought it to Stacy for him to take a look at. Within a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose my laptop and had it operational for me the very next day. In addition to the timely service the cost was extremely inexpensive. Since my experience with OCR I have referred family and friends to Stacy.
