- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you think about it, the only way to tell when your fridge is broken is that it is not cooling properly. The problem could be anything from a simply thermostat to something as major as a compressor. It is the same with all major appliances. Each repair is different so it is difficult to price repair before diagnosing the appliance. We will, however, give you our best estimate based on the issue you describe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is the same when working with all customers. We set an appointment for service, arrive in a timely fashion, and to our best to make sure you are satisfied with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training for repair of all major types and brands of appliances.
