Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most common jobs we see are Dishwasher, Wall Oven, Cooktop and Over the Range Microwave installs. Lately a lot of people wish to convert from Electric to Gas Appliances so we are running a lot of conversions.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. 80% of pricing for this type of work can be given up front, for example basic direct replacement of a dishwasher is $85 on a domestic brand plus parts.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Most appliances are installed by subcontractors of retail establishments. The contractor has agreed to only the most basic process involved in installations, as the retailer has set the cost of the service without anticipation of the conditions. So when met with any abnormalities the contractor will cut corners or refuse to install, this cost you time to find other contractors, take additional time off work for what we complete 99% on our first trip.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Are you ceritified? Yes, and by many manufactures and in some cases such as Viking or JennAir having our company install increases the manufactures warrant by 1 or 2 years at no additional cost.
Are you insured? Yes, we carry 2,000,000 in liability coverage.
How much experience do you have? We have installed over 75,000 appliance in the metro area since 1999, as well as builder projects of 200-500 units.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Every 1-3 years we undergo certification for Wolf, SubZero, JennAir, Viking and Meile this allows us to be up on the latest changes to the product. This also allows us in some cases to extend the manufactures warranty
