Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We provide Appliance Repair on household equipment. I've been specializing in Appliance Repair for over ten years now.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Are they legit? Do they have a License, are they Insured, and last but not least does your service come with Intergrity. In other words do you stand behind what you say.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I'll share this secret with the world about appliance repair. The price a person pays for an appliance has nothing to do with the price for repairing it. Appliances are made all around the world the Model Number gives the technician some facts about who made it and whose parts are in the unit.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. 1. Flexible scheduling.
2.Warranty on work.
3.Licensed for business
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My customer service and attention to detail is second to none. I only use authorized parts for repair. I also extend the same warranty that my parts distributor offers which is usually 90 days.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Helping people solve their laundry situations, and allowing them to get back to life and it's demands as quickly as possible.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I get the question how long have you been servicing appliances? My answer is since 1999.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I had my first customer that I was unable to repair her dryer. It was a routine call, but this applaince's electrical problem was more than unusual. After replacing the warranty parts twice I made the decision to give a full refund. Failure is an event in business it's not who you are I felt good knowing I cleaned off my side of the street and did the right thing morally.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Absolutely education never stops in the world of appliance repair, I attend classes whenever Whirlpool,G.E., or Frigidare have them.
