We are not old dogs doing the same old tricks. We are more than just "professional and polite" bartenders. Our name says everything about who we are: HotShots who know what it means to have a good time. If our client isn't having a good time, neither are we, and we like to have a good time. We are Mixologists, not just bartenders...more like chefs instead of cooks. We don't want hosts to want a bartender, we want them to want HotShots Mixologists. We are always learning something new. Not just about bartending, but about all kinds of subjects from the people we meet and the challenges that are placed on us.

This was the best experience . Michael made communication easy and Danny was an excellent bartender! They exceeded our expectations on all levels. Friendly, professional, punctual and clean! They left everything as they found it, can't say enough ! Ready to book another party wuth them!

Had a Christmas party. This company really knows their stuff and they are very organized in the way they get you set up for a party. They give you a grocery list, etc. Fantastic experience with this group of bartenders! Excellent service, very very professional, impressive christmas drinks and display of bar menu. And, they were a really sweet group. They also helped clean up as well. Jessica- you rock! Just learned that guests prefer hard liquor over wine and beer if you use a bartender. I've got so much left over wine and beer and we almost ran out of the liquor. I can't think of anything they could have done better. Well, I guess I would have liked them to wear a uniform that shows who they are.

I liked Hotshots Mixology the bartender was great. The only thing is that he was about 30 mins. to an hour late. The good thing is that alot of our guest didn't start arriving till about 20 mins. after the bartender was set up. He stayed the whole time that we had talked about and I thought that the fee was priced well. I hired them from 3:30pm till 10:30pm and it cost us $270. I would definitely use them again if I needed a bartender.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always trying to see what types of new trends and techniques are available in our field. We keep up with various bulletins an newsletters, including Beer Connoisseur Magazine, are Flair Bartender's Association Members, and attend as many festivals as we can. We are also try make annual trips to New Orleans for Tales of the Cocktail - the largest cocktail industry symposium in the world.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Every bartender/bartending service claims to be the "premier" (verbatim) service around. This just cannot be true. With that being said, make sure you to get to know the bartender a little better. After all, this is the person who will be responsible for taking care of your guests, and their personality will go a long way.
