FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in the day, I realized that most IT companies were operating with a certain principle in mind. "how much can we charge the client to keep them in the dark?" That to me seemed pretty insulting and dishonest to potential clients. I started my company to not only fix technical problems but also provide education to the consumers. I want people to walk away knowing they not only got great service but the knowledge that I was able to share. I want to create smarter consumers that expect more out of the services that are made available to them. Learn to ask the right questions and get the most for your money.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a qualified Computer repair specialist, always look at their experience. How long have they been doing these types of jobs that apply to your particular problems. How interested are they in helping you as a person? Professionals who care more about their bottom line and less about the positive impact they are able to bestow on others is always a concern. Are they taking the time to consider your time is just as valuable as theirs?
