Generally we make emergency repairs and then get clients on a maintenance plan to prevent it from happening again! We offer many different options from flat-rate maintenance plans to hourly service, all very reasonably priced. We also get many clients backed up, so they have peace of mind in case there is a meltdown. We can usually get them back up and working within a few hours with our back up plan.
