Had a great experience with Grey Matter -- from the start in scheduling my appointment until the completion of the service call. They communicated thoroughly throughout the scheduling process, the technician showed up on time, he talked me through exactly what he was doing (and was very personable at the same time) and I felt the rates were reasonable based on the service that was being provided - I would recommend them to others
