Communicated when he was coming, arrived then. Was knowledgeable about why my dryer plug wasn't working. Gave us a fair quote, clearly communicated the problem, ran to Home Depot for the part, came back, got the whole repair done in less than 2 hours. I wish I would have found him on day 1 of this debacle that was the dryer breaking of 2023. Hire him with confidence!

Dexter did a wonderful job of fixing a broken outlet. He was on time and even let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He answered our questions and came prepared with the appropriate tools to fix the problem with our outlet. He was able to fix the issue quickly and make sure the outlet was working properly.
