Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. As a client-focused firm, we act with complete transparency and always with the client’s best interest in mind. I personally manage each listing. Clients don’t have to worry that they’ll be passed off to an assistant or inexperienced agent. We do not practice dual agency and our clients can always count on us to tell them the truth – even if it means a lost commission for our firm.

A. I am passionate about real estate and great service. The Buckhead real estate market is very competitive and I am in it to ensure my clients realize success.

I have been a real estate broker in Buckhead for over 27 years. Over that time I have had plenty of opportunity to learn what works and what is a waste of time. I do not take listings just to increase the number of signs visible in the marketplace. Additionally, I do not use your home to meet buyers as I do not represent buyers.
I have taken the entire process of selling homes and "placed it under a microscope", looking for every opportunity to improve the results we deliver to our clients. As a result, I sell, on average, 7 times as much as the typical agent in Buckhead, I sell my listings 40% faster than the market average, and my percentage of successful sales is over 3 times the average agent.
