Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. To assist in your search for a potential personal fitness provider, I created a simple questionnaire for clients here:

http://www.evolve-now.com/hiring_a_personal_trainer

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. See above

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Personal trainers vary greatly in educational background, costs, personal philosophy, and training and consulting practices.

So, how do you find the trainer best suited to your needs?

Before signing an agreement or paying any fees, you should first schedule a personal appointment to talk with the prospective trainer. State your goals and objectives clearly, and be prepared to ask the trainer a specific set of questions.

What to Ask a Potential Trainer?

Spend some time interviewing your potential trainer. Do NOT be afraid to ask questions. After all, you are hiring this person to take care of you!

Shop around for the fitness professional you feel would be the best fit (as far as personality, training style, availability and service rates) for you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. MISSION: To Educate, Encourage, and Equip others to Get Fit, Give Back, and Make a Difference!

MOTTO: Get Beyond Yourself

METHOD: Deliver fad-free fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programming through hands-on instruction, one-of-a-kind wellness seminars, and other special events and activities designed to Engage the Mind, Energize the Body, and Enlighten the Soul.

At Evolutions Total Wellness, you're not a 'Big-Box' gym or BootCamp "number"...

Your training gets personal in private, partner, and small group sessions with a maximum of four (4) participants in the studio at any one time.

*NOTE: total number of participants in a session may vary from 1 person to 4 people (max). Some sessions end up "private" or "partner" simply by chance - AND, at no additional cost to participants!

It's cost-effective personal fitness programming in an ideal environment for optimal fitness, fun, and fellowship (and a little friendly "competition") :-)

Sessions are by appointment and scheduling is on a first come/purchase/serve basis.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: "How long will it take for me to see/get results?"

A: "It depends on a myriad of things, most of which depend solely on you - in daily thought, word, and deed!"

Simply stated: Extraordinary (different/desired/better) results cannot be obtained by ordinary actions.

Simply stated even simpler: For things to change, YOU must change... For things to get better, YOU must get better...

Your current situation/shape is the result of how you "normally" think, eat, and move on a consistent basis...

Therefore, to change/improve your current situation, you MUST be willing to consistently think, eat, and move "abnormally" until your desired goal is achieved.

So, how long it takes to reach the "pot of gold" at end of your personal fitness rainbow is pretty much up to YOU! ;-)
