- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cheapest is not always the best. Our discounts are applied to our Loyalty Members. If you would like to save by becoming one of our Loyalty Members, you may find more information on our company website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When on boarding a new client, we first narrow down and figure out their specific needs. We also ask about their previous experience working with other cleaning companies, what they liked and what they did not like. The next step would be to figure out their budget. We then confirm their appointment with a non-refundable deposit. After we complete the scope of work, we do a final inspection with the client to ensure their satisfaction. Finally, we schedule their next appointment.
