- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees can vary based on the scope of your project. I do not offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact my client to understand the scope of the project. Next I schedule a consultation (2 hour max) in which I visit the clients home, measure, take images, etc. The consultation is $175 (non-refundable). I will place $25 towards your project if I am booked for the project. After the consultation, I send over a proposal with a quote based on the scope of work. Once the proposal is agreed upon, I will send over a letter of agreement that binds the services rendered. Then the design process begins.

I taking continuing education courses regularly to be familiar with any new updates or trends.
