- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We want to understand your vision for the project, and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gauge the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price. We will provide you with a free estimate upfront so there are no hidden fees or surprises. Payment is typically collected at the end of the project and after you've had a chance to inspect the work; we don't require any deposit. Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request. 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customer's needs and expectations for the project. 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project. 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured. 6. Answer any questions from customer. 7. Leave a proposal with the customer. 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks.
