- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers can either meet in person for an initial consultation or, if preferred, can conference by phone regarding their landscape needs. Once we understand their needs, we provide a detailed bid for the job via email, then follow up to answer any further questions and discuss our proposal. If satisfied, we then schedule their initial cleanup service date. We contact our customers at least twelve (12) hours prior to the initial service for confirmation. Once the service is completed, we contact our customers to verify their satisfaction.
