Massage Therapy Yoga and Spa work. Deep tissue NMT myofascia are what I specialize in but I can adjust my pressure and technique for ayones needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you want to find a resolution to muscle pain and discomfort massage and yoga may be for you! The power of touch is amazing and to strenthen the proper muscles with yoga is what can lead to more permenant results! While one without the other is fine, I use the combination of the two so my clients have long lasting results! I dont want my clients to just spend Money with me, I want them to find therapy that works and result that last. I know that my skills will have coming back again!
