Elliott is an outstanding trainer - truly! Exercising isn't something I am easily motivated to do, so Elliott has had his work cut out for him from day one. And he has more than risen to the challenge. He is incredibly innovative in the workouts he creates for me and actually makes working out fun. Elliott is very invested in my success and my health, and it shows. He comes prepared and ready to work each and every time. He's motivating, challenging, committed, creative, positive, and fun, and his workouts are individualized for me. I work out with him in studio three times a week, but his training and coaching goes beyond that; he consistently checks in on me and holds me accountable throughout the rest of the week. I have had (and continue to have) an incredible experience with Elliott as my personal trainer and recommend him whole heartedly to anyone seeking guidance, coaching, training, and accountability in achieving their health goals.

My training experience with Elliott has been PHENOMENAL! I have lost almost 30lbs since I started in March. He is always punctual with my appointment times and has a new workout prepared for me each session. I don’t think we’ve done the same workout twice yet which makes the training very exciting because I never know what to expect. When I first came to Elliott I was SUPER out of shape and my only goal was to lose weight, but I didn’t realize how much better I would feel and I love my new muscles! I really didn’t know anything about strength training or cardio (other than jogging) but Elliott has me doing things I never thought I could ever do. His workouts are tough but they’re always fun and most of all effective. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer.

Training with Elliott was an excellent experience. He was very patient with me and explained and demonstrated everything in a way I could understand. Elliott was very knowledgeable and helped design fun, challenging workouts to meet my fitness goals and keep me motivated!

Going to Michigan State University I was a semi-overweight college student. I had dreams of playing at the collegiate level. Working out with Elliot and going through his training made those dreams come true. The sports specific basketball training that I experienced help me gain the athletic body I was striving for. I went from an average size kid to a chiseled tone athletic basketball player. I transferred from State and played collegiate basketball. With hard work and dedication and the workout from Coach Carter dreams can become reality. – Jacob J
