Introduction: Phontaine Thompson is a public speaker who speaks about mental health and suicide prevention. She speaks with high school and college students about suicide prevention and depression.

Phontaine grew up right in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. She has also struggled with mental health issues as a teenager. She survived two suicide attempts as a teenager from the result of being bullied in school. She is now dedicated to continuing the conversation about mental health and how important it is to the world. Phontaine hosts an annual conference called, “Women’s Mental Health Day”. Women’s Mental Health Day is a day filled with prayer, meditation, and relaxation. We push for attending therapy and self care. My goal is for this day to be a pure success and for these ladies to leave with a big smile on their face.
Phontaine loves reading books, running, and spending time with family and friends. Phontaine is a single mother, and has 1 daughter.
