I received a call minutes after submitting my inquiry! Kendall was willing to work with me and provide same day service! I received advance notices when they were in route ans nearby, which is essential when moving items from multiple locations! Love the flexibility and customer service for my unique needs/ moving home rehab appliances and exterior door. Will consider in the future!

On October 2, Kendall and Lucky assisted with my move. They were on time, respectful and worked consistently until the project was done. They handle my furniture with care, nothing was broken, and they arranged my furniture in an orderly matter in storage. Also during the move, there were some unexpected circumstances, but Kendall and lucky stayed with me until the end, and most importantly these two young men's have integrity. I highly recommend Kinos Luxury Moving.

It was great working with Kendall and team. They helped me move some really heavy furniture and made it sound like it was not hard at all. They go above and beyond to help you. Will surely use them again and highly recommend them. Kendall responded to my request in less than 5 minutes. I requested for his services late Saturday night and he was there to help early Sunday morning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing ranges from $111/hr with a 2-Man crew to $177/hr with a 5-Man crew. Bedding Disassembly/Assembly is standard with all of our services. TV Mounting is an additional fee. All deposit are refundable at 100% up to the day prior to the scheduled move. All same-day bookings are non-refundable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At KINOS Luxury Moving, our typical process with a new customer would start with gathering the customer's information (address, contact information) following with gathering all of the moving and service details so that we provide the best price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees at KINOS Luxury Moving are required to have at least 2 years of moving experience along with proper training in securly moving and packing furniture.
