I moved on April 6th. My overall experience with 44 movers was amazing. Bob and Ashanti we're great. They were on time and communicated with me very well. Bob wrapped my furniture up like it was his own. Ashanti did a great job lifting and maneuvering all the heavy items on his own ( that was amazing to watch!!). I would definitely used 404 movers again.

The guys that came out to do our move showed up early and completed the work without any of our personal items or new home being damaged. They were both courteous and made sure that we were aware of what they were doing and ensured that our needs and requirements were taken into account. The only thing that could have improved the experience would have been if the time frame met up with the estimate provided. The total move estimate was 3 - 5 hrs and they finished in 6 hours. Other than that I was still very pleased with the work and will definitely use 404 movers again if I need movers and have already started recommending them to my friends and family.

There are industry guidelines that stipulate how we provide customers with estimated based on the number of items to be moved and weight of the said items, drive time, traffic, ease of access, distance to and from from the residence to the truck, assembly and dissassembly. In short, many factors can affect the final total time it takes to do a move, be it a combination of all the above mentioned factors, or just one of the above mentioned factors. I kind of fell into it actually. I got a job as a mover wanting to get into shape because I had an office job for so long and wanted to get into shape. I enjoy meeting people and the physical aspect of it because desk jobs are not for me. I am a hands on literally type of person.
